The Retreat House

Ideal for family gatherings or getaways and small retreats or workshops.   5 bedrooms / 3 baths, including two private baths.  1 King, 3 Queen, and 2 Twin Beds. 

The complete kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, with open dining/living room area and large outdoor deck with fenced yard.

Bishop's Cottage

 Simple and cozy efficiency, with one bedroom / Queen bed plus a full bath, kitchen and small living area. A wonderful spot for a couple's weekend getaway, a longer tranquil retreat, or a place for study and quiet contemplation.

This large space is ideal for hosting many activities from weddings, meetings, workshops, retreats, and lectures/presentations. We provide chairs and tables to accommodate 100 people.  Please contact the Director of Hospitality Services for larger groups.

A-Frame Cabins

Six cabins sleep 14 each (84 total) in traditional bunk beds. Large groups may  also rent the main lodge for meals, meetings, workshops, and fellowship.  

The Cabins have a shared bathhouse

(4 showers/4 toilets/5 sinks) Four cabins have bathrooms with single showers, of which 2 are wheelchair accessible.

    $100.00/night per cabin

Our cabins are seasonal from March to October and not available during Church Summer Camp Season.

Kitchen

The lodge has a commercial kitchen with full cooking and service equipment. For long range events, we have lodging for staff.

Swimming Pool

The pool is open in summer months only. Two certified lifeguards (contracted separately) are required for groups up to 76 people.

Bishop’s Ridge is simply wonderful. Serene, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, quiet but not dull. The Bishop's cabin is perfect for two and management staff is so generous of time and spirit! Christopher went above and beyond expectations and it’s so refreshing to feel welcomed to such a soul-centering environment!

We loved our stay at Bishop's Ridge where I came with my four children for our Spring Break. The Retreat House had ample space for all of us and it was a step up from our usual camping style vacation. There was heat plus bathroom and shower which made it all so easy and cozy!

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe, with trips to Taos, Chimayo, and Acoma. The house was perfect for 8 of us. We had fun cooking, and the pantry was pretty well stocked, especially with spices. We fit 8 around the table and also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. The camp was a beautiful, dramatic setting, perfect for star gazing; we watched the moonrise! Hope we can visit again.

DETAILS

Groups will also be subject to a daily grounds and cleaning fee.  The prices begin at $50.00 day.  The daily use fee helps us in maintaining a healthy, safe, and fun environment for all our guests. 

Fees also subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax.  Rates change bi-annually and typically are around 8% in Santa Fe County. 

A 25% non-refundable deposit of total fee required at time of signing contract and remaining amount of rental fees due upon arrival to Bishop’s Ridge.  We also require a damage deposit of 10% of the total fees to be returned after inspection of facilities
